Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• The item must not be damaged or tampered with

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Return courier costs are not covered by Palm Essence.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund amount will only include the product price

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
